SHIPPING POLICY

 

 

Palomino is a one-woman endeavor. It's always my intention to ship orders within 2 business days, occasionally it may take up to 7 business days for your order to ship. If you don't see a shipment confirmation email within seven business days, please email us at hello@palominofinegoods.com.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a secure, accurate, and current address for shipping. In the event that your package is confirmed by USPS as delivered, we cannot offer refunds or reimbursements for items that are lost or stolen. In the event that a package is returned to us due to a customer error or incorrect address, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of postage for reshipment (even if a free shipping discount was applied to the order).
