PRODUCT REACTIONS:
Product reactions cannot be predicted, but we do our best to avoid offering products that contain common irritants. If you experience a product reaction, please email us right away hello@palominofinegoods.com.

If you're starting more than one new product, try each new product separately over the span of 1-2 weeks. If you have sensitive skin, start with an overnight patch test under your jawline, and give your skin a full 24 hours before judging the result. If you experience a product reaction, discontinue the product immediately and email us hello@palominofinegoods.com

RETURNS:
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any products or gift cards. No returns doesn't mean no refunds! Please see below re: order issues.

ORDER ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon receipt, and email us immediately if there is an issue with your order (e.g. something is damaged, we sent the wrong item, or we forgot to include something you ordered). Email us a photo and description of the issue, and we'll do our best to make it right.
